From 2012-2014, Nura worked at TMP Worldwide (Now Radancy) as a Digital Project Manager and Implementation Specialist. She worked with creative teams, programmers, and clients to build recruitment websites for clients like Verizon, Capital One, and HSN. These projects included managing customized integrations of the TalentBrew suite to make more user-friendly (and SEO friendly) job search sites that connect to Applicant Tracking Systems. Within this role, Nura learned a lot about managing data feeds, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. She also provided coaching and created educational tools to develop incoming employees and support experts.
