As the Vice President of Learning & Development at MW, Nura drove the implementation strategy and roll-out for the SPARK learning experience platform and learning management system. The SPARK learning and development ecosystem now provides resources (like the pxl on demand app) to 15,000+ global employees in the McCann Worldgroup network.
