AIESEC is a student-run nonprofit that facilitates international exchange to develop leadership skills and cross-cultural understanding.
Nura joined AIESEC 2006 as a student at Arizona State University. She worked closely with local leadership over the next few years to build the community from 5 to over 40 committed team members. By 2008, she was managing a team of volunteers responsible for developing training programs for international exchange participants in Arizona. Nura taught a project management program with AIESEC Romania, organized and facilitated sessions at several regional conferences, participated in AIESEC US board meetings, and was an Executive Board Member of AIESEC Arizona in 2019 before becoming a proud alumni.
